Starbucks: Caramel Macchiato

Starbucks Caramel Macchiato was originally made by Starbucks for their anniversary a few years ago. It is a gorgeous drink made from steamed milk mixed with vanilla syrup; a shot of espresso is then poured on through the steamed milk. This "stains" the milk, giving the name macchiato (which means "marked"). Caramel sauce is then drizzled on top. Starbucks have recently started to sell their caramel sauce seperately, at least in the UK.
